Long-standing service, loyalty, and a wealth of experience - Struck-Lichtwerbung has now said “thank you” for all of this. At our annual Christmas party, 20 employees were honored for their loyalty to our company for 10, 15, 25, 30, 35, and even 50 years.

In a relaxed atmosphere at Repp in Vinsebeck, the management team looked back on many years of successful collaboration with the honorees. “Those who have been part of our company for so long not only shape processes, but also our culture and our cohesion,” said Markus Struck in his speech.

During their time with the company, the honorees have accompanied numerous changes – from technological change to new ways of working. Their wealth of experience and reliability remain an important factor in the company's success to this day, according to the management.

By honoring its long-serving employees, Struck is sending a clear message: long-term employment is not taken for granted, but is seen as a valuable contribution to the future of the company.

“We are proud to have such dedicated and talented employees on our team,” said Hannah Struck.

The management and colleagues congratulate the following employees on their impressive anniversaries:

After 24 years: Dirk Neumann

After 25 years: Helene Lichtner

After 29 years: Vitali Eppinger

After 33 years: Meinolf Siebrecht

After 50 years: Michael Schriegel

Struck-Lichtwerbung would like to thank them for their many years of loyal service and tireless dedication. Professional competence, reliability, and team spirit have been hallmarks of the departing employees over the years.

The management and colleagues wish them all the best for this new chapter in their lives, above all good health, happiness, and many fulfilling moments.

“We are grateful for the time we spent together and will always remember our former employees fondly,” said Markus Struck.

With long applause, the Struck workforce bid farewell to Michael Schriegel, who had been with the company for an impressive 50 years. For half a century, Mr. Schriegel supported the company with his advice and assistance as an accountant and technical purchaser after completing his apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant. With his calm and thoughtful manner, Mr. Schriegel was an important contact person far beyond financial accounting. His work will continue to shape Struck for a long time to come.
